Perhaps the most anticipated game at yesterday’s showcase, Pete and Miles will be returning in Spider–Man 2. We got a glimpse of some new abilities, including iron claws and shock blasters as well as the new antagonists.
What is interesting is that the trailer started with (what appears to be) Kraven mocking the web-slinging duo, which quickly turned deadly with the introduction of Venom. With the way the symbiote replies to Kraven’s challenge, it makes me think that either us with the symbiote suit, or venom will go up against the legendary hunter at some point.
The game does seem to be a bit away, however, as it was teased to be coming exclusively to the Playstation 5 in 2023.
