Replaced is a 2.5D sci-fi action platformer where you play as R.E.A.C.H – an artificial intelligence trapped in a human body against its own will. Replaced combines platforming, dynamic free-flow combat, and gorgeously vivid pixel art, mixing high-res retro graphics with a deeply engaging story set in an alternative 1980s.
Investigate and uncover the mysteries in and around Phoenix-City as R.E.A.C.H. who has to start learning the nuances of how to be human in a society that has begun to embrace its darker impulses as corruption and greed now rule the streets.
Replaced is the debut title of Sad Cat Studios, and will release on the PC, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One in 2022. It will be available on the Xbox Game Pass for both Consoles and PC.
