A brand new trailer for Ananta was shown during Gamescom, revealing its quirky cast of characters and confirming its release date.
Honestly, we weren’t expecting much from Ananta’s story especially due to the controversies surrounding it where it has been seemingly copying animations and gameplay elements from different games, most notably the swinging feature from Insomniac’s Spider-Man.
However, the setting does look fun with the main character actually showing a lot of personality. The trailer also showcased a number of locations in the game, including a flying car that players can operate.
Ananta will be available on PC, PlayStation 5, the App Store, and Google Play on January 15, 2027. It will be a free to play Open World RPG.
