Path Tracing and DLSS 4.5 Ray Reconstruction has just arrived for 007 First Light making the levels in-game feel more immersive and dynamic than ever before.
Although the game launched with DLSS 4.5 Super Resolution and DLSS Frame Gen support, the Path Tracing support is new, introducing extra-immersive, extra-detailed lighting, shadows and reflections, making its levels and set pieces even more cinematic. With this update, the game’s visuals are now fully path-traced, maximizing frame rates and image quality on GeForce RTX PCs and laptops.
To get this upgrade yourself on supported hardware, download the game’s latest update and ensure that your Nvidia graphic drivers are up to date. Not all features are supported by cards older than RTX 50 series however, so be sure to read the requirements above.
007 First Light is now available on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S with a Nintendo Switch 2 port in development for next year. PC players who have yet to buy the game can also enjoy a limited time 20% discount on Steam and Epic Games Store.
