Digimon Story Time Stranger Comes to Nintendo Switch Alongside Major Free Update

Get ready to tame, train and evolve your Digimon on the go, as Digimon Story Time Stranger launches on Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 alongside a free update across all platforms.

Fans of the Digimon series will now be able to take its latest game on the go, as Bandai Namco has announced that Digimon Story Time Stranger is now available for the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 platforms.

Digimon Story Time Stranger sees players tame, train and forge deep bonds with their Digimon companions through an epic journey across two interconnected realms, the Human World and the Digital World. Players must battle powerful monsters and evolve their companions in order to prevent the imminent collapse of both worlds.

Alongside its release on the Nintendo consoles, a free update is now live across all platforms. On the consoles, players can now take advantage of a new Graphics Mode option which allows the game to prioritise either visual quality or performance, with frame rates reaching up to 60 FPS.

The highly requested Photo Mode has also been added, as well as a new playable character. Not to mention, Digifarm users can now view Digivolution Conditions directly within the menu, making Digimon management more streamlined.

Digimon Story Time Stranger is available on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2.
