Forever Skies is a survival game that takes place in an ecologically devastated world that forces you into a fight for survival by gathering resources and building out your airship’s interior with equipment to make sure you don’t die from thirst, hunger or viral infection before you even leave the ground.
The game’s goal is to not only get your airship working well enough for flight but to also find out what happened to the unfortunate crew before you. You can try it out yourself as part of Steam’s Next Fest, where the opening minutes demo for it is now available. You can also check out the gameplay walkthrough below showcasing the opening of the game.
The next fest will be run until the 10th of October and features hundreds of exclusive demos from various games. Forever Skies itself is planning for a 2022 Early Access release.
