I am still surprised that we lack in games inspired by the uncanny style of Tim Burton’s animations. So, it is always great to see more games that are a nostalgic throwback to that unique aesthetic, like the upcoming PRIM.
PRIM is a point and click adventure game that sees players take on the role of death’s daughter through creepy-but-cute locations. In it, our titular protagonist tries to cross into the realm of the living without her father’s permission. She does so to help a boy who has been crying for help in her dreams.
It doesn’t currently have a steam page, but those interested can check out the game’s official website, which includes details of a demo. It is being developed by CMMN CLRS (pronounced Common Colours).
