Sony has just posted a brand new video, that showcases the console being taken apart, giving users a unique insight into the workings of the system, and hopefully showcasing how certain features or upgrades might work.
Teardown videos are often done by hobbyist channels or outlets, so it is refreshing to see one done officially by Sony themselves. The thing that I am glad to see, is that they have kept the modular buildup for it.
This modular nature of Playstation 4 was immensely helpful, and allowed users to easily take apart the console to clean or replace certain broken parts, saving tons of money on replacement or official repairs. I myself, have replaced the thermals or cooling fans of various Playstations, so I applaud Sony for continuing in that direction.
