After delays, the developers Firaxis have finally confirmed when we will be getting our hands on Midnight Suns, alongside the news of prequel shorts that will help explain the lore leading up to the game.
Marvel’s Midnight Suns Prequel Shorts is a set of five short videos that provide backstory on how Lilith became the Mother of Demons, and how Super Heroes like Blade, Magik, Ghost Rider and Nico Minoru came together to form the young core of the Midnight Suns.
In Midnight Suns, players will not only be able to command some of the most iconic characters like Doctor Strange, Ghost Rider and Blade but will also get to create their own Marvel character.
Midnight Suns will release on the 2nd of December, 2022 for PC, Playstation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The launch date for last-gen consoles and Nintendo Switch has yet to be confirmed, but they won’t release on the same day. What’s interesting is that Callisto Protocol itself will be available on the same day.
