Into The Radius is often referred to as one of the most immersive survival games available for the VR headsets, with a lot of painstaking attention to detail in regards to how you interact with the world around you.
It was initially available on PC VR, but now it will be natively coming to the Quest 2 headsets as well. What’s impressive is that based on the teasers and showcases revealed thus far, they seem to be bringing most of the intricate gameplay over to the standalone headset without compromise.
Into The Radius sees players thrown into a hostile and uncertain world, where they must scavenge, avoid and survive with the help of a realistic weapons system that not only offers empowerment but also demands care and upkeep. It is loosely based on the 1972 novel Roadside Picnic, putting you in a similar wasteland filled with mind-bending landscapes and entities.
It will be available on the 8th of September for the Quest 2 headsets, but those interested can now wishlist the game on the official oculus store page.
