Hitchhiker is an atmospheric game that sees players hitching different rides across the country, meeting interesting NPCs with tales and dialogue that help shed a light on the mysterious past of the protagonist.
However, despite the quiet aesthetic, each dialogue holds a sinister undertow that builds suspense during the player’s journey and nothing is exactly what it seems. The game has some impressive accolades under its belt, winning Best Story at Game Connection and Gold Prize for Best Narrative at NYX.
