Fan-favourite Kindom Hearts titles will be making their way onto the Nintendo Switch, but via Cloud Play, meaning that to enjoy these games, players will have to stream them.
The titles included are:
- Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 Remix
- Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue
- Kingdom Hearts III
- Re Mind DLC
Whilst also sold individually, all of the above can be acquired through the Kingdom Hearts series collection for the Cloud. These will be available on the 10th of February.
Whilst it’s great that people will get to play them, I am still not a fan of Cloud on Nintendo Switch as it defeats the purpose of a handheld completely. With a massive publisher such as Square Enix, I would expect some sort of extra work to get these running natively, especially considering a lot of these are not entirely new games.
