The release date for Martha Is Dead has finally been confirmed and it will be coming out early next year on both PC and consoles. It is being made on Unreal Engine 4 with a focus on some heavy themes.
The story kicks into gear when Martha’s body washes up ashore, pitting her twin sister in a horrific conspiracy in the middle of the great war. It combines real-world locations, working in links to historical events, superstition, folklore, and deep psychological distress.
It is being developed by LKA, who were behind The Town of Light which was acclaimed for its setting and themes. It will be available for the PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Playstation 4, and Playstation 5 on the 24th of February, 2022.
