Team Ninja and Square Enix streamed a preview of their upcoming Final Fantasy spin-off Stranger of Paradise, giving us a sneak peek at the game’s multiplayer through a brand new trailer whilst detailing the roadmap to launch.
The Panelists, Directors Daisuke Inoue (Square Enix), Hiroya Usuda (Koei Tecmo Games), Nobumichi Kumabe (Koei Tecmo Games), and Creative Producer Tetsuya Nomura outlined the areas for improvement that were highlighted by players such as:
- Graphical Improvements
- Dynamic Lighting
- Combat Balancing
- Difficulty Level Adjustments
- AI Improvements
- Framerate Improvements and 4K Rendering
Players can now see some of these Improvements in the second demo of Stranger of Paradise, which will be available for download until October 11th. The new demo will follow Jack and His Companions Jed, Neon, and Ash as they explore the Refrin Wetlands, letting players experiment with new playstyles in combat, try new jobs and fight against an array of new enemies as well as sample the game’s multiplayer which allows up to three people to play together and battle monsters as an online party.
Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin is set to be released on March 18th, 2022 for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
