Whilst we do seem to be getting a handful of survival games, V Rising actually manages to stand out due to an interesting twist where you play as a Vampire, risen from a long slumber.
To survive as a vampire, you need to hunt for blood in nearby settlements, hide from the scorching sun and avoid stepping into garlic fields. Build your castle and invite blood-thirsty friends to join as you explore a gothic open-world, pillage villages, raid bandits, and wander into the territories of supernatural beasts.
V Rising will also allow players to indulge in a vampiric playstyle and engage in real-time PvE and PvP combat. A release date has not yet been confirmed, but the game is planning to enter its beta period in late 2021.
