Gibbous – A Cthulhu Adventure, is easily one of the best point and click adventures on PC, and soon it will be one of the best on Nintendo Switch as well.

“As lovers and makers of adventure games, we’re so thrilled to have our first game on the Nintendo Switch. As we were porting it, we were giddy with how at home an essentially PC genre could feel on a console. We can’t wait for players to experience Gibbous, a classic-style point and click adventure, on the go or from their couches. It’s one of the best moments in our careers!”
This comedy cosmic-horror follows a librarian Buzz Kerwan as he searches for the Necronimicon with the help of detective Don R. Keytype, and a cynical talking cat. They decide to work together in order to stop the cursed book from falling into the clutches of evil.
The game features over 60 hand-painted environments with fluid 2D animations, as well as the guest appearance of Doug Cockle, the voice of the legendary witcher Geralt himself. It can now be downloaded from the Nintendo eShop. It currently enjoys a very positive rating on Steam as well.
