After spending some time in the early access program on Steam, Torchlight 3 finally has a release date on the PC, Playstation 4 and Xbox One, and will be out in just a few weeks on the 13th of October.
Torchlight has always been a fun game to play, easily scratching that itch left behind by Diablo. Itfeatures unique skills and powerful loot that keeps you crawling through dungeon after dungeon.
The third entry in the series will be bringing back signature mechanics as well as both Co-Op and singleplayer gameplay that the series is renowned for. Not only that, but it will also introduce a fort building mechanic where you can upgrade your character.
You will have four classes to choose from, along with 20 class and Relic combinations — each combination offering a unique playstyle — and a wide range of choices regarding skills. Pets are of course, back again, fighting by your side in different formidable forms.
Aside from the aforementioned consoles and the PC via Steam, it will also be available for Nintendo Switch later this year. However, a release date has not been confirmed yet.
