After weeks of speculations and rumors, it turns out that Psyonix’s Rocket League will indeed be going free to play for everyone very soon, allowing everyone to finally see why the game is so much fun.
The game will be free to play from the 23rd of September, when it will launch on Epic Games Store as well, bringing with it the fun frantic RC football action the world has fallen in love with.
Not only that, but there will be a brand new update tomorrow, that comes with cross-platform progression, and various other quality of life improvements detailed here. The free to play milestone will also launch with its first season pass coming with revamped tournaments and challenges.
