Call of the Sea takes place on a lush, uncharted island in the 1930s, following Norah as she follows the the trail of her missing husband’s expedition on the strange yet alluring island, which is sunk in secrets waiting to be unearthed.
It will be a first person adventure game at its core, where players will have to explore and solve puzzles in order to uncover the truth of what has happened to Nora’s husband, following the clues left by the previous voyage.
The game focuses heavily on the character study of its protagnoist, and as such has hired the talented Cissy Jones to lead the performance in this game. Jones has previously worked on multiple acclaimed games, including The Walking Dead, and Firewatch.
Call of the Sea will release for Xbox One and PC, and will be an Xbox Series X launch title.
